These mostly apply to characters designed and uploaded to Toyhou.se, but applies to off-site designs I made.
1. Do not give out my designs to shelters (Toyhou.se rule)
In the case where you don't want one of my design anymore, I encourage you to give them back to me rather than making it a freebie or give it to an OC shelter.
2. Avoid using my designs on Scratch and DeviantArt
After DeviantArt's support of Israel (ironically, this piece in support of Israel is made by AI), AI promotion in their products and their front page, and the amount of fetish/NSFW art for anyone to see, I'd rather not have any illustrations including my designs uploaded to the website. I am also not too fond of Scratch's reputation as a platform for their tracers and colorpickers. I cannot (and will not) stop you from using my designs on those platforms, but avoid if you can
2.1. Do not sell my characters for DeviantArt Points
3. I will not ask you for a character back if it wasn't a promiseback/tradeback
And even if it was, I won't ask for it back without offering something in return. Though, goes without saying, do respect promisebacks and tradebacks.
4. Do not resell or retrade my characters for higher than their original value
Unless you've asked me, or unless you've added value to the character (commissioned items, making things like fursuits or merch, adding art and redesigns), don't resell my character for more than their OG value. (Example: 20€ OC, being resold for 30€ despite no art added)
5. If co-owning OCs, I'm okay with multiple profiles being made (Toyhou.se rule)
The only thing I ask is to either link the profiles together through Toyhouse links, or make a direct link to the URL itself somewhere on both profiles
6. If a redesign is too different from the original concept, I may ask for the OG back
7. Do whatever with redesigning characters, it'd be cool if they stayed recognizable but if not it's alright, just be mindful of #6
I do not enforce this in my TOS, but please I beg don't make problematic art with my design as I don't want to be affiliated with such stuff, even if I'm just the design creator
Goes without saying: don't scam people with my designs, don't steal my designs, don't claim to have designed something you haven't etc.
(On toyhou.se) Be mindful enough to read character-specific permissions as some designs may be listed as "cannot be transferred" (sometimes fault of inattention, sometimes intentional especially on sonas I designed) or have added information onto them, like adding a rule specification or dismissing a rule
